d1-2022-10-31 Rebased on master, which picks up the Zicsr/Zifencei fixes. Full SPL support included; no need for separate boot0 or TOC1. Reworked to use the sunxi common config/header and board code. Updated devicetrees based on what was submitted to the LKML.
